Off Season Rates Between: March 27th to June 16th - Deduct 20%.
Oct 15 to Dec 15th - Deduct 20%.
If you have any special needs, please let us know and we will be happy to try and accommodate them.

Reservations and Deposits
Need to be accompanied by a 40% deposit. Balance is due at time of check-in. Rates are subject to applicable GST and PST taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Guests
One extra person is permitted in each cottage, additional person cost of $30 per day or $100/week, adherence to regulations regarding cottage capacity mandatory.
Cancellation
Deposits will be refunded less a 25% administration fee only if we receive 21 days notice prior to check-in and if we are able to fill your vacancy.
