Snowmobile trails in Haliburton are second to none - managed by the Haliburton County Snowmobile Association. Trails are easily accessed from our resort.
Dog sledding - exciting dog sled adventures are available from both Haliburton Forest and Winterdance dog sledding .
Downhill skiing - Family friendly Alpine skiing is nearby at Sir Sam's ski hill - take advantage of our discounted rates.
X country skiing - Ski Friends of the Frost and the Nordic Ski Club offer cross country skiing for all ages and abilities.
Snow shoeing - snow shoe right at the resort or on Boshkung Lake.
Lugeing - new to Haliburton - lugeing for the beginner to expert on the newly created Luge Run.
Skating - right on site - outdoor skating on the lake
Tobogganing - our kid friendly toboggan ride is always a hit
Ice fishing - winter would not be complete without spending a day ( or a weekend) in one of our comfortable heated 2 to 4 person ice huts. Imagine the thrill of pulling out a 5 lb lake trout or a silvery 24" whitefish.
At dusk catch a glimpse of the deer as they cross the lake.
